Hi all-This is my first post on here. I have read that Honda is coming out with a regular hybrid of the Accord (NOTE-this is not the current plug-in hybrid that's already available on the coasts), and I wondered if anyone had any additional information on when the Accord Hybrid was coming out, and what the pricing might be.

Sure Honda will price this about like the Camry h.
You can get a much better deal on the new Hyundai hybrid which has a conventional 6 spd. advanced Li-Po battery and a 17.5 gallon tank that will get you over 700 miles between fillups.
Their earlier Civic hybrid had many problems so it may be best to wait a while before spending your $$$.
#5 of 8 Does Hybrid use timing belt or timing chain?

Also does it show individual tire's pressure psi?

Were dismal flops.
The were quite a bit more expensive, only came as V-6's and didn't get that much better gas mileage.
I'm sure they learned some lessons and, although I'm no fan of hybrids I'm sure IF they are doing this again it'll be much different and better.

It's not like Prius is now getting 75mpg while Honda pushes out a 50mpg model.
Accord Hybrid 50/45 beats 2014 Camry hybrid 40/38.
I found my answer - it's still not displaying each tire's individual psi like Toyota.
Come on, it's forcing people to have to check individual tire's psi to see if it's low rather than looking at the dash. Also when there is a low tire pressure warning you'd have to again check each tire to see which one is leaking.
2nd thing about Accord's safety features is that they don't take over and brake for you like other brands for the 2014 model (e.g. 2014 Mazda brakes for RADAR cruise and low speed, 2014 BMW brakes for its RADAR cruise)
Accord has the leg up on the right lane camera but no Heads Up Display (in Mazda 3).
#8 of 8 2014 Accord Hybrid Reviews and Ratings + Ford Fusion Hybrid Comparison

Hi y'all. Looks like the new 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid has 'knocked it out of the park' for the mid-sized sedan hybrid segment. I had been looking at the 2013/14 Camry hybrid and the 20142/14 Avalon hybrid, but recently came across some excellent print and video reviews by Alex Dykes which have caused me to reconsider the field, including the Accord hybrid and Fusion hybrid. For access to these print/video reviews, click on the following links:

Also there is good info on the mid-sized sedan hybrid segment via US News and World Report's Ratings at the following link (to get more info for each car click on 'full review'), where the 2014 Ford Fusion hybrid ranks 1st, the 2014 Accord hybrid ranks 2nd, the 2014 Camry hybrid ties for 3rd (with the Hyundai Sonata hybrid), and the 2014 Avalon hybrid ranks 10th: link: http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/cars-trucks/rankings/Hybrid-Cars/
