best sienna model for my needs?

So, I'm looking to get either a Sienna or an Odyssey. I'm leaning towards the Sienna because it's a bit cheaper. I'm not sure which model i want but these are the features I'm interested in:
 
-power sliding doors
-power rear gate
-middle row seating that isn't captains chairs so I can still have 2 car seats and be able to get into the back seats
-leather interior
 
i would also like the following features although it would not be a necessity
-navigation
-dvd system
 
I have done some research but I figured asking in here would be the fastest way to get good opinions. Just wondering which model would bets work for my needs.

Sienna XLE with navigation package/entune. The dvd for the rear is included.

I am from IL and looking to buy a 2013 Sienna LE 8 passenger V6 model. I am new to internet car buying. Can the experts suggest what would be a good price for this model and how do I go about it.
