Happy holiday season everyone:I own a '99 Olds Aurora and have enough spent time and money to keep her happy. Latest issue is with the fuses under the rear seat; the 20A Power Seat Fuse and 20A Power Window Fuse are always hot.
None of the other fuses have the problem though.
I don't know where to start troubleshooting and your advice would be appreciated
