1997 caravan had a rusty, leaking brake line from master cyl. to the block connector under driver seat. I believe this connector is called HCU, hydraulic control unit. I replaced this line and the matching line from the other MC port. Then I could not get any fluid out of the
left caliper bleeder. I loosened the flex line at the caliper. No fluid there. Working back to the next connection, I loosened it, breaking the line rusty line in the process. Still no fluid. What do I need to do to get fluid when I press the brake pedal? When I purchased the line, they sold me an SAE lines and two metric
connectors.

Try gravity bleeding -leave all bleed valves open for about an hour, or try bleeding( pumping the pedal) with engine running this is necessary on some vehichles with abs start on the valve farthest from the master cyl. -rr wheel
