Astra Daihatsu Motors and Toyota Astra Motor (Indonesian branch of Daihatsu and Toyota) at the Indonesia International Motor Show represents new city car. The new car will be sold under the names Daihatsu Ayla and Toyota Agya, and it’s intended primarily to customers in Indonesia, although it will later begin exports in certain Asian countries.For the development was responsible Astra Daihatsu Motor, sales starts early next year, and the planned annual production to 100,000 units.
More specific details about the car just follow, but it’s noted that it will have 1.0L three-cylinder gasoline engine with 87KS paired with manual five-speed automatic transmission or a four gear manual gearbox, with a liter of fuel can take across about 30 km.
The car is 3580 mm long, 1600 mm wide and 1510 mm high.
As far as cost, basic Daihatsu Ayla will cost (calculated) 6120 euros, while the Toyota Agya will be more expensive.
