#1 of 1 Transmission problem or another sensor issue????

I have a 2000 Chrysler Voyager and had to replace the input and output speed sensors. The new ones where installed about 2 weeks ago. I got the instructions off the internet and it warned to unplug the battery for a little while so that the computer would set to program the new sensors and that it would still drive funny for about a week but then all would be normal. True to the postings I found, the speedometer continued to fluxuate for about a week but then it acted normal again and I thought all was well.
Now the speedometer is fluxuating again and the engine feels like its trying to stall or hesitates when I try to accelerate. The check engine light is not coming on this time like it did before. Is this maybe another sensor that I need to replace or a fuse? I can't afford to pay a mechanic hundreds just to diagnose my problem and with the check engine light remaining off I don't know if they can find a problem anyway.
Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
