Hi Everyone,
 
I am looking to sell my 1999 Ford Expedition XLT. I lost my original paperwork and don't remember if it is a 4WD or a 2WD. I do not see any indication anywhere to tell me what drivetrain it has.
 
Can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between a 4WD and 2WD on this model?

If you have 4WD you will have a selector dial on the dash to the right of the steering column.

put a tennis ball on the middle of your hood and let it go. If it rolls off the driver's side it's a 4x4 if it rolls off the passenger side, it's a 2 wheel drive...
