As the owner of a 2005 Honda Odyssey, with navigation and dvd, etc., I would not suggest you buy this car. In addition to the problems you'll find on the web (shuddering when accelerating, motor mounts) there have been some actual recalls. One is serious. Honda has been telling people that they aren't covered if the car is over 100,000 miles and recently one of the recalls apparently "expired" This one concerned defective power steering at low speeds, so how could that problem expire??? We were also unhappy with how Honda treated customers with the model you are considering, which had run flat tires, initially. The compensation they offered was very limited-- a joke, really. We are just trying to fix our Honda up so we can trade it in.

We have a 2006 EX-L with over 130K trouble-free miles. No shuddering. We had the steering issue (mildly) and they repaired that at no charge. Keep in mind that those without problems are usually not as vocal as those who do.
