Interested in one of these for my wife. Would like to know the current residual & MF for a 12k/yr lease. Thanks much.

If I did the reverse analysis of the CX-5 advertised rate (239 for 36). That seems to be a 57% residual and a pretty low MF.

Hi mustgofast. Chase's October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 CX-5 Touring AWD with 12,000 miles per year are .00074 and 56% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The money factor for an otherwise identical lease of a 2013 Grand Touring AWD would be the same, but the residual value would be 54%.

Hi dolphin5. Chase's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 CX-5 Sport AWD with 12,000 miles per year are .00136 and 64% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are .00080 and 54%.

There is no 2012 version of this vehicle.
