I just had this happen today. Same error codes popped up on display....ended up being accelerator pedal assembly for $152.73. $35.00 to change it and $35.00 for diagnosis. Totals

LABOR: $70.00
PARTS: $152.73
SUB: $222.73
TAX: $15.59
TOTAL: $238.32

I tried being detailed.... I hope this helps
