#1 of 1 Mystery: 2 Part numbers for XC70 rear taillight lens by hanafi

I broke the right rear lower lens and bought a used replacement. Installed it and the back-up lights went on permanently!
 
Started looking for another and discovered there are 2 part numbers for a lens described as fitting 2001-2004 V70 and XC70. Are they the same? They are 9154498, and 9474851.
 
Is this the source of the back-up light problem or should I look for another issue?
