08' Rear Power Seats Stuck: Repair $2,500?!

My 08' Caravan's rear power seats are stuck. I took it to the dealer. They said the frame is bent and to repair is $2,500!!!! Incredible. This is an outrage. Any advice, suggestions or sympathy?

I asked the service department if they can simply force the seats back into position so that at least our children could sit in them even if they can no longer be folded down. Their representative told me that CANNOT be done. Therefore, unless I come up with $2,500, it appears I've lost all of my rear seating. This is a predicament for a family of 5.

That is ridiculous!! Call Chrysler and complain and complain! They paid half of my tires when they prematurely failed at 26,000 miles.
