engine won't start...making a clicking noise

My 2005 Grand Caravan won't start. It tries to start and then makes the clicking noise from the starter. Something is draining the battery. I checked the connections and charged the battery. When the batter is fully charged the van starts and the battery voltage jumps up to about 14 volts, so it seems like the alternator is working. I changed the starter and the van started up twice, then the starter clicks again. I notice that in just two starting cycles the battery voltage drops to below 10 volts. I can't figure out what's going wrong here.

I would try a different battery.
