I buy Savana extended van 3500s for our business. We have been purchasing gas versions, but are considering a diesel for our next purchase to reduce fuel costs.Is anyone operating such a van commercially? I can't find any information on typical fuel economy for this van (with diesel) so I can't do a payout analysis for the extra $10,000 this option costs in Canada.
We put about 50,000 km's on our vans/year (30,000 miles) and try to keep them about 7 years.
