My company Affordable Engine sells used and remaned engines and we had a difficult time finding a used engine for a V70 series volvo.There were tons of used engines available, but the stamped number on the intake must be the same because the intake openings are different. Then to add complexity, we had to find one with an EGR valve. We were ultimately able to locate one, but it was not easy.
If you are looking for a used or rebuilt 70 series engine, make sure the intake is the same or it may not fit. You can find the stamping between the 2nd and 3rd intake.

Last time I was also facing the same problem as I was not getting the used engine for my car too my finally my friend suggested me http://www.hiperformer.com/engines/volvo-v70.html where I got used engine. Have a look on this site you can easily find your engine with cheap price deals with them.
