Help! 2001 Chevy Venture : SO amny issues

Bought the car VERY used, we think it was a rental.There are so many issues, I am not sure where to start or what issues are related or not. I will start and if anyone can help us on any of the issues, it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not horrible when it comes to working on cars so I would like to do as much as I can and then take only the tough stuff to the shop for financial reasons. I am still a beginner though.
Issues:
Fans/heat no longer works at all.
Brake lights will not work
Passenger sliding motorized door malfunction (opens part way then closes)
Window on passenger side is slow to go up/down, only sometimes
Rear hatch ajar light on dash/door rattles
Brake fluid light on dash/ fluid full
ABS light on
Cigarette lighter plugs don't work throughout car
Has not happened recently but sometimes car would not start, just dead click, battery would be fine but the jump would start car/alternator fine (weird thing always seemed to be rainy when issue came about?)
Any help with this would be amazing!

Hey I may not be able to help you but I would be curious to know some details about the van. It sounds like the thing pretty much fell apart, did you buy it from a dealer? Also how many miles where on it when the problems started occurring?
