Hey guys really need your help.

This is an LX with almost 160k miles

Fluid is good

Burning smell from car.

A leak from somewhere not sure where

It has a code 3 error cause when it gets close to 3ooo RPM's it slips Alot.sometimes even before.

The steering wheel shakes

I believe the code errors were 0720, 0733, 0532, and there was one more.i can't remember it. I snuck and looked at the mechanic's paperwork that did the diagnostic tests.

All he told me after doing the tests was that it would cost $350 to open it and close it and tell me what needs to be fixed. So basically I would be paying hundreds of dollars just to know what's wrong.

Another fact is that the day before it started acting screwy, smoke was coming from the bottom on both sides near the sliding doors. Now I just noticed that the muffler is split in two and hanging.

I asked an ammoco guy could this be causing the gear shifting problems and he said no.

What do you think- please help asap. I have give kids and really need to get this taken care of before it gets worst.I'm only hoping I can afford it.

Thanks so much (in advance) for your help!!!!
