I had my Outback repaired yesterday to fix a 'airbag' light. The dealer replaced the Combonation Meter Assembly (instrument cluster), which changed my 88K mile odometer reading to 0. The service department is assuring me that this is normal, and I have to keep the repair order with the mileage as of yesterday, and add it to the mileage when I sell the vehicle.Is there no way to get my original mileage back?
