Headlights Go Dim Then Back To Normal

We have a 94 Outback Wagon and the headlights will go dim and then go back to normal a few moments later and then back dim and then normal and repeat. We replaced the alternator about 6-8 months ago and just had it checked yesterday and was told it was fine. I thought it might be the A/C pump turning on and off but it didn't make a difference. Is there something else that may be cycling on and of causing a power drain? Anyone heard of this happening?

They didn't make a '94 OB. Do you mean '95 or '04? Have you checked the battery?

My bad. Honda was a 94. Subaru is 98 I think. Battery is less than a year and the car starts fine.
