Found something on the floor, under the dash

Just found a L shaped piece of vinyl/soft PVC. Was under the dash, passenger side. Slight pebble finish, bent into a horseshoe shape, has pieces of grey double sided stick um. Has markings of>PVC< A(pentastar)00002 B003 1026922TRM AA Found it on the floor, passenger side, can only assume it's something from the heating ducts/motor
