I have a new 2011 Nissan Quest on which I would like to reset the MPG/TIME/MPH readings, but all I can find out about/do is reset the trip odometer. So, in other words, right now, I'm reading MPG for the LIFE OF THE CAR, and that doesn't really do me any good.
 
Anyone have any ideas?

We picked up our Quest today, so I’m not sure how much of the following is necessary... but here’s what worked for me:
 
With the engine running but stationary:
  
1. Press the (top) button with the "square & shadow" to switch to the "MPG & MPH" (for example) screen.
 
2. Immediately after switching to the screen, press and hold the (middle) button with the circle on it. After a second or two the numbers should reset and you can release the button.
