Alright... Here's some background and stuff done in the past...Product: OEM Am/FM/CD with rear controls
Issues: The front passenger speaker started not working. Rewired the speaker to determine if that was the issue, but it was not.
Replaced the head-unit with a product from Crutchfield, but did not solve the speaker issue.
Put back in the OEM radio back in to at least have the 3 functional ones with steering wheel controls and rear controls.
Was using it like that for months. Now all 4 speakers not working.
Symptoms/Diagnosing: Radio Powers On. Stations and Info are coming on the screen. Volume Control shows the slider going up and down when turning the knob, but no noise is coming out. Checked the wiring harness to ensure it is seated properly, it is.
The problem: Is it the radio or is it the speakers? I hooked up an external speaker to the new wiring from the front right speaker and nothing came out.
Frustrated. Anyone have any advice...short of buying a replacement OEM radio?
