I have a 2010 Lacrosse in Phoenix Arizona. The front facia is popping out just underneath each front headlight right where the front facia meets the front quarter panel. I have had it to my dealer twice. First time they said they adjusted some sort of baracket on each side. Second time I took it back they said they have looked at other Lacrosses here in the valley with the same age and miles (about 6k now) and have seen the same thing. So they glued it on each side. The facia is popping out again after about a month. They told me they would contact the endgineers at GM. The engineers told my dealer that this is caused by running into something, or something running or backing into me. And that the bumper.facia is so soft, you woul not see a dent or damage where the colission occurred. That is hogwash. That has never happened. Anyone else having that problem. The dealer is telling me now that this has to be fixed at my own expense and they really do not even know how to fix it.

GM is trying to screw me as well.
And of all things they are in union negotiations.
I'd give them a contract. Drug tests, fire at will, etc, etc. Pay cut starting at the top.
Same sort of thing with separation at headlight lens and boots falling down on rear shocks.
We the taxpayers need to take our money back and that means grabbing the union share if necessary.

Update to my issue with the front facia. GM is now aware of this issue. My local dealer installed new brakets behind the facia three days ago and all seems well so far. I was told GM has changed bracket vendors and these new ones seems to do the job.
 
I also want to add the GM customer service process was not a pain, and it seemed to have worked for me. So the GM Social Media contact that watches these boards is valid recourse for resolution.
