I've got a new SX and have not been able to figure out how to get the door mood lights to come on? I cant find any reference to them in the owner manual but the KIA website describes them and has a picture of them. And they there in the doors...

They're just "on" at night, probably when you turn your headlights on. At least in my EX-T. I don't know about the SX. They aren't very noticeable. I didn't notice them until I saw a reference in the sales brochure about them after owning the car for a couple months and thought to look one night. That's one draw back to the Red Backlighting. Red doesn't illuminate well at all. It's an old Audi thing I never cared for.
