I have odyssey 2001 with 300k on it; since i bought the car in 2005 (used with (60k); i had go to transmission shop for about 5 times just to repair the transmission; luckily after the second trip i went to AaMCO and sign for lifetime warranty with unlimited mileage for $4,500 as long i own the car.

My suggestion for odyssey 2001 owner; don't flush your transmission (as every time i flush my transmission it broke the transmission )and install cooler for the transmission it will help a lot.

My question is since i drive a lot 200 miles a day 6 days a week; should i buy the new car with better mpg or another used car?
if yes what should i buy considering I'm 300 lbs person can drive any small car

please help me make decision

thank you

It all depends on you. I traded in my 2001 Odyssey for a 2011 and, I must say, I LOVE THAT CAR... I am a big man myself. Test drive the new Odyssey. It will not disappoint you.
That said, think about your decision. If your car is in good shape and you are keeping it up, that model is a WONDERFUL car. I miss my 2001 Odyssey.
If you like the "new car" feel and you want to have a car you don't have to worry about for a couple of years (and you have the money). Go for it!
Peace!
