Hello, my 2002 Town and Country's front wipers will get caught on each other and become a mengled mess. It is getting expensive and dangerous as it ruins the blades and bends the arms very badly. Any idea as to what is causing this? It seems to do it when the window isn't totally wet and their is a little friction.

Something messed up in the linkage. There's only one motor, that usually drives both wipers through a set of linkages. Maybe one of the linkages is broken/bent or has developed a lot of slop at one of the joints.

You might also look at where the wiper blade attaches to the splined shaft, make sure it's on solid.
