2002 Sienna intermittently low idle speed when starting the car.

1. 2002 Sienna intermittently low idle speed (around 300 on speedometer) when starting the car recently.2. And when driving out on the road, idle speed comes back to normal (around 800).
3. Checked the spark and cleaned the Air control volve.
4. Engine light is never on.
Not always but half of the time, this issue happen. And I need to step on the gas pedal to drive out the garage. When I drive on the road, even stop in the front of the traffic light, there is not any problem.
kind of puzzle, anyone has some idea about this phenomenon. Do you I need go to dealer at this point. Welcome any advices.

I have the same van (2002 Sienna) and same problem (low idel speed after start). Not sure what to do.

dealer solved my issue. they cleaned throttle vovle and some other releated parts. It works fine now. Costed about 280 bucks including tax.
