Interestingly, I came across this page at the Hyundai corporate website:Hyundai Guaranteed Trade-in Values
These figures appear to correlate with the residuals for leases through Hyundai Financial. It's clear that this European based vehicle takes a big hit relative to the 2011 Elantra sedan
Nonetheless, I think this is a very good, solid vehicle for leasing.
Currently, Hyundai Finance is offering a factory lease on the Touring which can be viewed at http://www.hyundaiusa.com/financial-tools/special-offers.aspx for the GLS Auto (interesting variables for the same financial terms: the duration can be either 24 or 36 months, and the residual is negotiable with the dealer.)
I've attempted to place their numbers into a leasing spreadsheet, but still need another number or two to arrive at exact figures in comparing their offer to my desired lease of a manual SE...
Ultimately, it would be most beneficial to have the May mf and residual from Hyundai Financial... your response will be MOST appreciated and the response(s) of the hosts are vigorously thanked for in advance...
