Transmission 3rd Gear!! Help

1997 Chrysler Town & Country 3.8 Auto TransGoing down the road last night, slowed down for some deer to cross. Started speeding back up and when trans hit 3rd gear, nothing!! RPMs rev and no drive. Slow back down a little and 2nd kicks back in good and strong. Check Engine Light then came on. Limped back home in 2nd gear. Checked codes today and come up with P0700, P0715, P0720 & P0733. Is this likely a internal Trans problem or Electrical (Control system)?

If you don't know already - it's time for a new transmission. Figure about $1200 for the trans itself and by the time you're finished it'll be about $1500. Just replaced mine 
159k miles.
