If you have to rely on MB emergency assistance you can kiss your __ goodbye! Got flat tire in my 15 day old E class in Los Angeles. Took more than 10 minutes to get someone on the emergency line and then another 8 minutes to transfer me to roadside asst. They then placed my location in Maine!!! I was in Los Angeles!!! After 25 minutes they didnt even have my location. Luckily I called AAA which showed up in 10 mins and I was on my way. Mercedes customer service is non-existent. I called to complain a month ago and heard nothing. Good luck to you all!!
