I have a 05 pacifica touring AWD that I bought used back in jan 08. it has 32K when I bought it and the 2nd owners as well. it now has 115K miles and running strong. Except for the regular maintenance - oil change - brakes and rotors - it has not given me any problem at all. I LOVE my pacifica, I drove it down to florida at lease 5 times already and up to canada 5 times as well.
She gives me good mileage for crossover..

I guess with your situation, it depends on how it was used before you? I mean, did the previous owner went off road with it, or raced it or something like that.. Also, how you drive it, not to say that you drive bad.

Looked at bright side of things.. now you have all that brand new part for you Pacifica that you will LOVE it even more..

Ksports...I have no idea how much it was used before we got it. It had just over 35K miles on it, if I remember correctly. I don't drive it crazy, but could see how that could make what's happening happen. I use it as my daily driver and maybe put 7K on it a year. We've done one road trip, 3 hours away, in it, but that's about it. I do absolutely love it, the room, the ride and the look. I do hope that after we put all of this money into it, it will be that 'perfect' car for a while!

#4 of 6 Get ready for your alignment problems by chryslerlemons

Just found out after having new tires replaced and alignment done that there is no camber adjustment on my 04' rear end. My tires were already down to wire just after 5,000 miles. Dealer says my ride height is to low should be 32 inches high in the back to bottom of fender wall?? I have been measuring everyone I have seen since and none are any where near this height. Here lies the problem the dealer don't know what to fix the springs, shocks, leveling system. Said I could try some part made in Germany that has never been order before. Just wondering if anyone has seen this problem yet?

#5 of 6 2004 Pacifica AWD Alignment Cams by lmanda

Has anyone been told that they ned to install alignment cams on their Pacifica. I just went for an alignment and was told that I need to install the cams because the alignment is far enough off that a normal alignment will not resolve. I was very frustrated because I get my car aligned two times a year. I nw look back and see that the left and righ rear cambers have been off between -1.5 and -1.6 each time and not corrected. the front right camber was off -0.7.

Check the results of your alignment. I have been taking my car since 2007 for front end alignments and just found out that the rear cambers have been out and never fixed. My Pacifica was in the shop 79 times before the warranty ran out. It has had everything done to it except a paint job :>). Hopefully, yours was build after mine because i was without my car for 6 weeks because the dealership stripped the bolt in my oil pan which was not longer being made. Got the car back to take it in for 4 days because Chrysler said they nneded to retro fix my car for the new oil pan because no more old ones would be available.
