Hi All,

My Odyssey is about 3 months old or less with less than 4500 miles on it.
I notiched some oil drops on the floor where I park overnight 3 weeks ago. (I have no idea for how long it was leaking)... but i did see Oil reached to 30% when i was less than 3300 miles.

honda showroom service said, the problem was fixed.
with in few days i again noticed Oil on the floor, this time oil was not just drops it had flowed also.

It has been 4 days in the service now, I do not know what is going on.
I was told they are putting a die to find what is leaking and what should be replaced.

Has anyone have any similar problems with 2010 model ?
any suggestions ?
I went with 2010 and not 2011 as i thought all the issues would have been fixed in design that has seen out there for 5 years

My best suggestion is to find a Lemon Law attorney right away. It will not cost you anything and you should be able to get most if not all of the money you have spent so far to obtain the vehicle.
I have a 2010 ex-l as well, no oil leak, but a ton of other problems.
I am unfortunately past the mileage of being able to claim the Lemon Law. Trust me, save yourself the headache, there are many to come with this vehicle.
The power steering pump, the memory steering due to the faulty struts and of course the transmission that will probably go some time after the warranty expires.
I was forced to buy an extended warranty because it makes more financial sense at this point, but I hate driving this vehicle.
My very first car in high school was a honda and I've owned many more Honda's since then, but this car reminds me of the hyundai elantra and the Mercedes ML when they first came out, problem filled vehicles. Very dissapointing and I will never purchase another Honda again. The Sienna seems much nicer and without as many issues.
Good Luck.
