Thanks. Ours is a strange control panel, or whatever it's called. They aren't really "buttons" but there is one bigger round area in the middle and then two smaller parts on the sides, kind of squishy rubber as opposed to hard buttons. Nothing lights up or anything. There are symbols on each part, but it's always a guessing game on which one will actually make it close. We got it closed and tried holding that button in longer to try to reset it, but then it started opening again. We looked on the glass and it is a Guardian, if that means anything, but I can't find anything online about it.
