So I was recently given permission to work on my dad's car that was passed from his mother. '95 Geo Prizm, crappy red paint, 120K miles, manual locks, and all the other wear and tear to imagine. I don't think working on it is going to be enough and I know for sure this car will be passed on to me unless I buy myself a new one. That isn't going to happen anytime soon. I want to make this car a project and start nearly from scratch. It means something to me, and it's a great opportunity to learn a lot, so I want to make it special. I'm not looking for a twin turbo engine to put in or anything right now, but I want it to perform down the line. Since I'll be putting money into it now I'll make it an investment for the whole thing, so hit me with ideas. Suspensions, engines, exhaust/intake systems, you name it. Get creative, just not outrageous!

You're welcome to leave this post here too, but i think you'll attract the eyes of more people who can help you on our Tuning and Modifications board. You might hop over there and post as well.
