I have a 05' Pac with 62K miles. About a month ago we went to the beach and as soon as we got back every time we put the car in reverse (only reverse) we hear a whaling/welping noise. I checked the brakes just to make sure, and that was not it. It shifts smoothly in/out reverse and we are not experiencing any other problems, only when we put the car reverse and start backing up...you can easily hear it from inside/outside the vehicle. Any suggestions on what might be causing the noise?

I have this loud sound coming from the underbody sounds like it is about midway to the rear end when I back up. What is that? I have all all wheel touring edition.Calitou
