#1 of 5 2007 Caravan Wheel Interchange

I have a 2007 Dodge Caravan that I need wheels that I can mount studded snow tires on. The factory steel wheels are 15" and came with 215/70-15 tires. I currently have the snow tires, but need a set of wheels. What other years and models have wheels that will fit? I found a set from a 1999 Caravan, but a local wrecking yard said that only 2001-2007 wheels will fit. Is this correct? Thanks for your help.

Yes, your bone yard was correct; while the wheels from a Gen 3 van will bolt up correctly (and even work well on the rear of your van), they do not have enough clearance for your front brake calipers. That said, any number of companies sell new steel wheels for less than $50 per that will universally fit both generations; I bought mine from TireRack.

Thanks for the response. Were they also correct on the 2001-2007 range?

Yup, 2001-2007 are the model years for the Gen 4 vans.
