I keep forgetting about this new feature. You can post this suggestion and any other ideas you may have for Edmunds here!

Thanks, but I tried to post it and it took me to a sign-in page that then said invalid user!

Tried 3 times. Kept telling me I didn't exist. I never signed out so not sure what is going on with it. Maybe you can post it there for me? As long as they see it I guess.

Hmmm....well....that's embarrassing.
It won't let me log in either. I'll give a shout out to that team.

Don't sweat it. The site has been weird all day (on my PC anyway) so probably a connection since you too had trouble.

I've tried this a few times over the past week, and each time I get a sign-in page (even though I am already signed in) and if i try to re-sign in it says invalid user. This reacted the same way last week when I first tried also.
Were you ever successful in accessing that part of the site? If so, maybe you can post the suggestion there for us.
Thanks,
Sam

Nope, I can't get in either. I reported it last week and have been told they are "working on it." Asked again and they are still under the hood with it. When I hear it's fixed, I will post here.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Any idea when this might be completed? I just spent over 5 minutes trying to find out what HCH stood for. I Googled all the possible combos and entered car-speak to try to rule out all the other HCH acronyms. Googled kept trying to ask me if I wasn't sure I was searching TCH (the active ingredient in marijuana).
Five minutes may not seem like long, but you try it. Try Googling for 5 whole minutes straight and after clicking on numerous sites that has HCH for everything BUT a Honda Civic Hybrid.
Very very frustrating, and as it turns out, my favorite threads seem to have the guys that do the acronym maze to the extreme. Without exaggeration, I lately have spent more time searching acronyms on my favorite threads than actually reading the posts.
I know my lone voice means NOTHING in the big scheme of all things Edmunds, but if I may humbly say that tech support should be making an acronym link for all things cars, a priority. I would be interested to hear from all others that are also finding acronym searching as frustrating and time-consuming as I have here. Maybe if enough lone voices speak out, they will put the challenge higher on their list of priorities.
FWIW, in the past 2 weeks I have referred 2 different friends to this site, saying that it can be a great source of information, and ironic as it might sound, BOTH of them latyer said yes it was a neat site but they had become frustrated with all the acronyms. And the real kicker here is, I did not mention that that might be a frustration to them ahead of time. This random example is significant when you think about it. Consider the odds, then multiply that by the millions of potential viewers.
Edmunds, please make a new acronym link or page available to us, a priority in your workload. It will add so much more function and quality to your great site.
Thanking you very much in advance,
Sam
