My 2010 OPTIMA radio works when it likes. Sometimes it quits working and starts making the sound of a water fountain. It starts normally after I turn off the engine and starts it again. The dealer changed the radio but the new radio behaved like the old one. It looks to me the radio is sensitive to the voltage/current and there must be something wrong.
