2002 Rough running then stopped running

I have a 2002 3.8l T&C with 153000 miles on it. This morning when I was coming into work it sputtered and coughed a bit then it cleared. I got into the parking garage and it started running real rough. I had no check engine light on. I got into a spot right away and turned it off. I went back out there after an hour and started it up and it ran real rough for about 30 secs then stopped. I tried starting it but it just won't turn over. Once again there are no check engine lights or oil pressure lights or any type of warning lights on.
