Our rear ac unit quit shortly after we bought our used 95 Quest. It is a common problem. Yesterday, I ran accross this fix located here:http://home.earthlink.net/~vqfaq/
I re-soldered the circuit board today and it worked like a charm. Hope it helps somebody out there. We went without rear ac for far too long.
There are also directions to fix the wiper switch malfuntions. Our switch would randomly work. I took it apart, cleaned the contacts and now its as good as new.
There is a lot of great advice on that site.
