Hi I a new to this, but I have a 2009 Routan purchased August 2009. I began having a "crunching" feeling in the brakes and took it into the dealer. Apparently the brake master cylinder leaked all through the brake bootser. I was told this NEVER HAPPENS! I left the car at the dealer Auguset 20th and they STILL do not have the part. Has anyone experienced a similar problem with the master cylinder of their routan? or with getting parts??? Thank goodness I am under warranty
