I'm a GM Card-holder with about $1800 in earnings and I haven't heard anything about a top-off. I even checked my account online and there's no mention of it...wonder what's going on? (I live in upstate NY).

just returned from compairing these 2 cars.2012 chevy cruze LS with auto and conectivity package has msrp of $18,865.00 while the 2013 hyundai elantra i looked at after the cruze has msrp of $19,385.00...for only 500 more msrp iam getting with the elantra,better warranty,more space,more power,standard cruise control,4 wheel disks,ect..all these things were missing in the cruze.it's a no brainer...
