#1 of 2 dodge caravan shakes violently only in drive by fnyrad

my friend has a 95 dodge caravan that she just bought no problems for about 3weeks, she put new tires on it and 2days later she turned a corner and it started shaking very violntley. I went and checked it out, it is just fine in park and neutral and i only had a problem once in reverse, but when you put it in drive sometimes it starts shaking before you even move and sometimes it only happens once you have moved eather 1foot or 100 foot. one tire was loose but once i tighted it up it still had problems it doesnt seem to matter if it is cold or hot and the ac is always off, im leaning towards tranny mount but i dont want to spend 25+ dollars if i dont know what it is any suggestions?

UPDATE

so i found that the shake is caused by a bad cv joint, so i replaced it went about a mile and it started again and the new (2nd halfshaft) is broken i replaced all 3motor mounts and a 3rd half shaft and didnt even make it 300feet before it snapped, it seems like something is stopping the wheel from moving while the tranny is trying to make it move then boom it snaps, ive checked and the caliper and hub are both working properly, i called a transmission shop and they said its possible that the alignment is so out that it could be causing the shaft to break anyone know if this is true? or possible?
