I have a 2000 Tahoe 5.7 v8. the front pass side of the intake by the valve cover is bubbling antifreeze any guidancce?

Guidance is to get it to a shop for repair, sounds like head gasket has a problem, if I understand your symptoms correctly from your description. The fact that you can see it, would be an easy diagnosis for a trained mechanic.
Get it out for some estimates.
