I'd like to be able to plug in my MP3 player to my factory stereo (no nav, has the 6 disc in-dash CD player). Someone told me the stereo may have an input on the back? Can anyone confirm? If not, can someone pass on their experience in replacing the factory stereo with a double DIN unit (maybe something from Best Buy). Thanks in advance...

Nope. You need to get a PIE adapter.
