Today I was driving home and my 1996 grand voyager was acting as if it was gonna shut off going down the road and then the speedometer quit working......could you please help me.....i have no idea

Hello, I have a 97 Grand Voyager and all of my gauges will stop working then start up again. I am pretty sure it has something to do with either the belt tensioner pulley or your "mother" board. If you have any other lights coming on then the second one may be your problem. I've replaced the pulley and so far so good, hesitating on the mother board as it's around $800 and poor Betsy is just hanging on at $196,800 miles. Who knows though, certainly lasted a helluva lot longer than my damn 05 Volkswagen beetle....
