Lift gate and interior lights stopped working. reading light is ok. Can't find a fuse dedicated to these? any ideas. Bulbs look ok check lights with meter and get to voltage to any of them

Every since i changed my transmission out i have lights on the inter of the car that are flashing. Also it jerks when it gets up to 50 miles an hour if the motor is warm. It back fires once in a while too. I could really use some help with this.
