#184 of 262 Regal TO1 + GM Discount + Huh?

Slightly twist with my question. I am GMS eligible but qualified for Ally tier 'B'. Consequently, the MF is 3.15%. The dealer quoted me $390 and change for $0 at signing. I've calculated this to 42% residual. Is this correct? I've seen a range of 42 - 50% residual. I've been shooting for 48% residual and payments at $310 pre-tax and should be feasible given employee and Saturn discounts. Any insight into where I am getting this wrong - I am getting frustrated? My numbers are below:
2011 Buick Regal Turbo T02
MSRP $30,510.00
Preferred Price $29,758.31
EVA $(1,000.00)
Saturn Loyalty $(1,000.00)
Ally Lease Incentive - All $(3,500.00)
Ally Lease Incentive - GMS $(500.00)
Capitalized Tag Registration Fee $71.85
Capitalized Title Fee $77.25
Capitalized Dealer Doc Fee $75.00
Net Cap Cost $23,982.41
Residual Rate 42%
Residual $ $12,814.20
Term (months) 36
Also: are dealers, generally speaking, packing points on Money Factors the same way they do loan APRs?
Thank you,
Brian

Update: hasty reply email from internet specialist when I asked about the residual now has him putting residual at 47% and he overlooked Saturn discount. I'll have fresh and, hopefully, more accurate numbers in the morning.

2011 Regal TURBO
$259/month 39 month lease.
$1,819 due at signing (after all offers). Includes security deposit.
Tax, title, license, dealer fees and optional equipment extra.
Mileage charge of $0.18 /mile over 39,000 miles.
I'm guessing it's a T01 ? If you out Zero down it looks like $305 a month....

Back to leasing a car for the little lady in NJ
Current lease on Aura expires shortly.
Whats the best cash incentive out there I should know about for Regal CXL base?
Also latest MF? Residual 39 month? Any loyalty for Saturn owner?

Update:
Finally made a deal today on a T05:
$365/month
First months payment down
12,000 miles/year
48 month lease
Very happy aver getting quoted $370/month with $1099 on a T02.
#190 of 262 September MF Paging CAR_MAN !

I was quoted .0015 X 2400 = 3.6%
I thought it was .00015 x 2400 = .36%
I know BWW allows Dealers to mark up the MF by 4/10th percent, But This seems way off base.
Ally lease cash $4750 now and 44% residual sounded about right.
Thanks,
DL

Hi carman14. Ally's September base lease rate and residual value for a 39 month lease of a 2012 Buick Regal Base with 15,000 miles per year are 1.1% and 47%, respectively.
General Motors is currently providing a $1,350 cash incentive on 36 month leases of this this car through Ally.

Hi dl7265. Ally's current base lease rate for a 36 month lease of this car is 0.15%.
The lease cash and residual value that you were quoted do indeed appear to be correct.
