I have had 2 of these replaced one on the house and $166 for the second one after the sevice advisor admitted there was a design flaw with the original hose, anyone else have this happen?

Chrysler wouldn't pay because I put over 12,000 miles on it, the part is good for one year or 12k, but I thought that should be beside the point, I have a 1994 Cavalier that we bought new and the a/c still works with 165k on it!! I would never buy another Chrysler again period!! They should stand behind the faulty parts they put on their junk!!
