I have a problem with the instrument cluster lights blowing fuses and the wiper delay not working. Has anyone discovered the solution to these problems?

I wish that was our only problem. We purchased a new Winnebago View May 07, now has 26,000 miles on it. It's been to the Dealership six times, and the Winnebago Dealership five. There has been a constant electrical problem from day one. They had to put a new battery in it so we could drive it home. And it's never stopped. We have put five batteries in it since then. Dodge says Winnebago, Winnebago says Dodge. The last time I was stranded on Hwy 10 in AZ, it cost me $600.00 to have it towed to Sprinter Dealership in Phoenix because it was still under warranty. We've replaced two resonators. Now it's not under warranty and is sitting in the driveway because it has broken down again. I would never buy another Sprinter, or Winnebago RV.
